6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6.3 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days, contact info@copilotstock.com for a full refund.

6.4 No Pro-Rated Refunds

Except for the 30-day guarantee period, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.

7. Liability and Risk Allocation

7.1 Complete User Liability for All Trading Activities

YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE for all trading activities, losses, damages, or financial consequences resulting from your use of our software, including but not limited to:

• ALL trading losses regardless of cause or circumstance
• Losses from automated trading decisions made by AI algorithms
• Losses due to software errors, bugs, AI mistakes, or system failures
• Losses from outdated, malfunctioning, or incompatible software
• Losses from market conditions, volatility, or external factors
• Account closure, margin calls, or broker-related issues
• Internet connectivity problems or technical failures
• Your failure to monitor, update, or properly use the software
• ANY AND ALL financial consequences from using our service

By using our service, you explicitly acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss and you may lose your entire investment. You represent that you can afford these losses without affecting your standard of living.

7.2 Complete Company Liability Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPILOT STOCK AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES:

• Provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without ANY warranties whatsoever
• Disclaim ALL warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement
• Are NOT liable for ANY damages, losses, or consequences of any kind
• Have ZERO liability for trading losses, regardless of cause
• Are NOT responsible for AI algorithm performance or accuracy
• Cannot be held liable for software errors, bugs, or malfunctions
• Are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Have NO liability for service interruptions or technical failures
• Are NOT responsible for third-party actions (brokers, markets, internet providers)

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (a) $100 USD, or (b) the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Important Regulatory Notice:

• CoPilot Stock is not currently registered with any financial regulatory authority
• We do not provide regulated financial services or investment advice
• Users are responsible for complying with their local financial regulations
